Learned advocate for the applicant has filed a Note for Speaking to Minutes, inter alia, stating that while passing the order dated 16.04.2026 in the captioned application, certain inadvertent typographical errors have been occurred in paragraph Nos. 2 and 11, which are required to be corrected.

I have perused the contents of the Note. The Note stands allowed in the following terms. Accordingly, paragraph Nos. 2 and 11 of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in the captioned application shall be substituted and read as under:

“2. The present successive application is filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. , for regular bail in connection with FIR being C.R.No.11200048232421 of 2023 registered with Vapi Town Police Station, District Valsad, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)C and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act .

11. Hence, the present application is allowed and the applicant is ordered to be released on regular bail in connection with C.R.No.11200048232421 of 2023 registered with Vapi Town Police Station, District Valsad, on executing a personal bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court and subject to the conditions that he shall;”

Registry to issue fresh writ accordingly.
