ORAL ORDER

[1] Heard learned advocate appearing for the respondent No.1 and perused the note for speaking to minutes.
[2] The note for speaking to minutes is filed to state that there is a typographical mistake in order dated 09.04.2026 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1214 of 2025, wherein, in para 7 of the said order, instead of date of superannuation “31.05.2021” inadvertently the date of superannuation “31.05.2019” is typed.
[3] In view of the above, the date of superannuation “31.05.2019” appearing in para 7 of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No.1214 of 2025 be read as “31.05.2021”
[4] The note of speaking to minutes stands disposed of accordingly. Direct service is permitted. Fresh writ be issued.
