ORAL ORDER

1. By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “BNSS”), the applicant has prayed for anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in connection with the FIR being C.R. No. 11196008250298 of 2025, registered with the J.P. Road Police Station, Vadodara City, for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4), 61(2) and 204 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “BNS”).

2. Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule for the respondent – State.

3.1 Learned advocate Mr. Bhavik P. Shah for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated in the offence in que
