2. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 131 days occurred in preferring

the application.

3. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the applicant had the responsibility of school going children, was facing a financial crunch and had no independent source of income. It is further submitted that the applicant could not approach an advocate to take legal advice and all these factors have contributed to the

above delay.
