“Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court for framing of charge and for leading further evidence. The next date of the matter is 05.05.2026. Considering the pendency of the present application, the learned advocate for the applicant is permitted to file an adjournment application before the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court to consider the same as the matter is pending for consideration before this Court. Learned Additional Public Prosecution seeks short accommodation to keep the Investigating Officer present before this Court. List the matter on 18.06.2026. Direct service is permitted.”
