ORAL ORDER

1. Registry has place on record a copy of the Note for Speaking to Minutes filed by the learned advocate for the petitioners.

2. At the outset, Mr.Parth Patel, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to an inadvertent error in the Note, petitioner No.4 was mentioned, instead of ‘petitioner No.9’. He prays for leave to amend the same. The request is granted and the amendment in the Note for Speaking to Minutes shall be carried out by the learned advocate for the petitioners, forthwith.

3. It appears that the details of petitioner No.10 were inadvertently not incorporated in the order as well as the date of joining of original petitioner No.9 was wrongly mentioned as “22.11.2010”, instead of “06.08.2002”.
