ORAL ORDER

1. The Petitioner herein has preferred the instant Special Civil Application with the following reliefs :-

A) Be pleased to admit and allow the present application;

B) Be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the Petitioner’s disqualification in the Physical Standard Test (PST) based on erroneous height measurement pursuant to advertisement No. GPRB/202526/1 for the recruitment of Police Force Scale – 3, Police Sub Inspector and Lokrakshah Dal Cadre LRD (Annexure – A and Annexure – B).

C) Be pleased to direct the Respondents to reconsider the Petitioner’s height measurement by a neutral and independent medical board and, if found qualified, allow her to proceed
