1. Mr. Digant Popat, the learned advocate holding brief of Mr. Dharmesh R. Patel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner proposes not to press the prayers 6(c) and 6(d) in the writ petition. With regard to prayer 6(b), it is submitted that the statutory benefits under Section 30(3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 of multiplier factor I has already been awarded to the petitioner under the original award. The dispute in the present petition is confined to the non-award of benefit of Section 30(3) of multiplier Factor-II, which was granted in the original award itself.

2. The petitioners herein are aggrieved by non-award of benefit of Section 30 sub-section (3) of the the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short, the Act’ 2013”), on the market value computed by application of the multiplication factor 2, which was granted vide award dated 30.05.2020.
