Mr. Digant Popat, the learned advocate holding brief of Mr. Dhanesh R. Patel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners propose not to press the prayers 6(C) and 6(D) in the writ petition. With regard to prayer 6(B), it is submitted that the statutory benefits under Section 30(3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 of multiplication Factor-I has already been awarded to the petitioners under the original award. The dispute in the present petition, thus, is confined to the non-award of benefit of Section 30(3) of multiplication Factor-II, which was granted in the original award itself, under Section 30 sub-section (3) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short, the Act’ 2013”), on the market value computed by application of the multiplication factor 2, which was granted vide award dated 30.05.2020.
