1. Heard learned Senior Advocate Mr.R.S.Sanjanwala with

learned advocate Mr.Darshan Varandani appearing on behalf

of the applicants and learned Assistant Government Pleader

Mr.J.K.Shah appearing on behalf of the respondent – State.

2. By way of this application, the applicants have sought for

modification of order dated 15.04.2025 passed by this Court

more particularly paragraph no.4.4(b) thereof.

3. Learned Senior Advocate would submit that this Court

vide order dated 15.04.2025 had, while setting aside orders

rejecting grant of NA permission vide impugned order dated

28.01.2019 and 14.02.2023 reserved liberty in favour of the
