1. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

2. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 44 days occurred in preferring the application.

3. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the entire amount has been deposited taking into consideration the provision of Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It is further submitted that the applicant had to arrange all the relevant papers and and all these factors have contributed to the above delay.
