ORAL ORDER

1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Dhairyawan D. Bhatt appearing for the Petitioners.

2. Perused the withdrawal of appearance note dated 27.05.2026 filed by learned advocate Mr. Dhairyawan D. Bhatt addressed to the office along with copy of original postal cover. Perused the office note dated 08.06.2026 pertaining to the same.

3. The learned advocate Mr. Dhairyawan D. Bhatt for the Petitioners has submitted the withdrawal of appearance addressed to this office dated 27.05.2026 for withdrawal of his appearance on behalf of the Petitioners for deleting his name from the cause title of the captioned matter.

The aforesaid withdrawal of appearance is annexed with communication dated 25.04.2026 addressed to the Petitioners along with copy of original postal cover. It is averred that the communication/original cover has returned back unserved.

4. The Petitioners are duty bound to submit their new address either to his learned advocate or on the record of the Court for due service of notice to them. It, prima facie, transpires that the learned advocate has performed his part of duty to make due attempts for service of communication dated 25.04.2026 to the Petitioners. Now, it is the
