ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Rajat Sharma with learned advocate Mr. Vatsal Patel appearing for the petitioner.
2. At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Rajat Sharma places on record two orders: (i) order dated 23.03.2026 passed by the High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) No. 3394/2026 & CM APPL. No. 16309/2026 and CM APPL. No. 6310/2026 in the case of Dr. Shruti Sharma Versus Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , whereby the de-empanelment of the petitioner was stayed; and (ii) order dated 27.05.2026 passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Bench at Jaipur, in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9150 of 2026 and allied matters, in the case of Jaipur Eye and Dental Hospital and Others Versus Union of India and Others , whereby, on similar lines, the de empanelment of the petitioner was stayed.
