Learned advocate submits that, as per the order dated

04.08.2026, the matter was directed to be listed on 29.09.2026. However, the matter came to be listed yesterday, i.e. on 17.09.2026. Learned advocate further submits that the matter has now been adjourned to 07.12.2026 and, therefore, requests that the matter be Upon verification of the record, it appears that, pursuant to the order dated 04.08.2026, the matter is, in fact, scheduled to be listed on 29.09.2026. However, inadvertently, in the Early Listing Board, the date of hearing has been reflected as 07.12.2026.

In view of the aforesaid, it is clarified that the matter order dated 04.08.2026.
