By way of instant petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), a prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.103/22 dated 03.04.2022 under Sections 279, 337 and 338 of IPC and Section 187 of the Motor Vehicles Act registered at Police Station Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P., as well as consequent proceedings pending before the learned trial Court.
