Rakesh Kainthla, Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 264 of 2022 dated 24.12.2022 registered for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of Indian Penal Code (in short ‘IPC’), at Police Station Haroli, District Una, H.P. and criminal proceedings bearing registration No.128 of 2023 titled State versus Ashish Kumar pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Una because of the compromise effected between the parties.
