By way of the present application, filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘ BNS S ’), applicant- Palwinder Kaur has sought her release, on bail, during the pendency of the trial, in case FIR No.73 of 2025, dated 07.03.2025, registered under Sections 20 , 21 and 29-61- 85 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act (hereinafter referred to as the ‘NDPS Act’) and Section 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ BNS ’), with Police Station Nalagarh, District Solan, H.P.

2. According to the applicant, she is innocent person and has falsely been implicated, in the present case and has no concern whatsoever with the crime, for which, she has been arrested, by the police.

3. The applicant has further pleaded that she is from respectable family and investigation, in the present case, is complete, as, the police has submitted the charge-sheet in the competent Court of law.
