Since representation dated 02.10.2023 (Annexure P-3), having been filed by the petitioners to the Director, Department of Elementary Education, Himachal gPradesh, is not being decided, petitioners are compelled to approach this Court in the instant proceedings filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying therein for following main relief:
