h The petitioner, a former Pharmacy Officer, in gthe Health Department of the Respondent State, has come up before this Court, seeking the following reliefs:-

(i) That the impugned Annexures dated 7.7.2023 as contained in Annexure P-7 and P-8 issued by respondent No. 2 and 3 may very kindly be quashed and set-aside and further writ of mandamus be issued to respondent No 2 and 3 to allow the petitioner

to continue as Pharmacist Pharmacy Officer at Zonal Hospital Mandi, HP.

(ii) That after quashing Annexures PP-7 and P-8, the respondent No. 2 & 3 be directed to count the intervening period i.e. 7.7.202
