It has been asserted that F.I.R.No. 90/21, dated 16.09.2021, was registered at Police Station Kala Amb, District Nahan, H.P. for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 363,366&376 of IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act). The petitioner and victim were known to each other. They married each other.
