The instant bail application has been moved by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short “BNSS”) for releasing him on bail, in case FIR No. 42 of 2022, dated 01.06.2022, under Sections 302 , 201 and 202 of the Indian Penal Code (hereinafter for the sake of brevity referred to as “IPC”), registered at Police Station Kumarsain, District Shimla, H.P.
