Rakesh Kainthla, Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition for seeking pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 74 of 2025, dated 11.07.2025, registered at Police Station Karsog, District Mandi, H.P., for the
commission of offences punishable under Sections 326(g), 62 and
3 (5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short “ BNS”).
2. It has been asserted that the petitioner iHs innocent and he has nothing to do with the commission of crime. The petitioner is a student, and his future will be spoiled in case he is put behind the bars. The petitioner belongs to a respectable family, and no recovery is to be made
