The Appellant, by filing this appeal under section 100 of the Chode of Civil Procedure (for short, CPC), has assailed theg judgment and decree dated 13.01.2023 passed by Learned iDistrict Judge, Chamba, in Civil Appeal No. 46/2022 affirming the Judgment and Decree dated 01.09.2022 passed by the Civil Judge, Chamba, in Civil Suit No 400 of 2016.
2. The parties shall hereinafter be referred to in the same way as they were arrayed before the Trial Court.
