Satyen Vaidya, Judge The instant appeal has been filed against the award dated 22.09.2014 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Shimla (for short ‘the Tribunal’) in MAC Petition No.3-S/2/14, whereby a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the petition till the realization has been granted in favour of the claimants under Section 163-A of the Motor Vehicle Act (for short ‘the Act’).
