Rakesh Kainthla, Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 13 of 2025, dated 8.3.2025, registered at Police Station Bangana, District Una, H.P. for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 281 and 125(a) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ), Section 187 of Motor Vehicles (MV) Act and consequential proceedings arising out of the said F.I.R. based on the compromise effected between the parties.
2. It has been asserted that the FIR was lodged due to some misunderstanding between the parties. The matter was reconciled with the intervention of the respectable persons of the locality, and the informant does not want to proceed further with the matter because of the compromise fhaving been effected between the parties. Hence the petition.
