Rakesh Kainthla, Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition for seeking pre-arrest bail in F.I.R. No. 48 of 2025, dated 04.05.2025 iregistered for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 115 (2), 137(2), 64(2), 87, 96, 333, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(2), and 324(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ), 2023 and Sections 6 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (hereinafter referred to as POCSO Act ) at Police Station Jawali, District Kangra, H.P.
