Rakhesh Kainthla, Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition against the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jawali, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh (learned Trial Court) vide which notice of accusation was put to the petitioner for the commission of an offence punishable under Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code ( IPC ). (Parties shall hereinafter be referred to in the same manner as they were arrayed before the learned Trial Court for convenience.)
