The present petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 17.10.2025, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. in CMA No. 1580/2024, titled Lakesh Rao vs. Samriti Kumari, whereby an application filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC, seeking amendment of the petition filed for dissolution of marriage by way of decree of divorce under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the present petitioner, has been dismissed.
