1. Petitioners are aggrieved against the order dated 13.07.2022, passed by learned Trial Court, dismissing four applications, two filed under O.1 R.10 and the other two filed under S.151 and O.22 R.3 of Code of Civil Procedure (CPC in short)
2. The facts of the case are that one Krishna Devi, (proforma respondent No.2 herein) instituted a civil suit against Ajudhya Devi (respondent No.1). The suit was for specific performance of the agreement dated 07.06.1993. The plaintiff pleaded that the agreement dated 07.06.1993 was executed by her late husband Sh. Sohan Lal with respondent No.1 for purchase of suit land. The defendant did not adhere to the terms of the agreement, hence, she instituted the civil suit.
