The petition was admitted on 14.07.2022. Till date, the respondents

have not filed reply.

2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the

matter is heard at this stage.

3. Petitioner seeks regularization of her services from the year 2005 i.e. on completion of 8 years of service. The case set up by the petitioner is that she started working with the respondents as part-time Clerk w.e.f. 01.07.1997 under self-financing coaching programme in the pre-examination coaching centre.
