i This writ petition has been filed for grant of

following substantive reliefs:-

“a) To direct the respondents by way of issuance of Writ of Mandamus to quash the memorandum dated 04.11.2019 and restore the notification dated 29.03.2013 by including categories of other disabled persons to grant benefit of enhancement of

retirement from 58 to 60 years to the petitioner.

b) To extend the benefit of retirement age from 58 to 60 years to the petitioner being a locomotor disabl
