The petitioner seeks enforcement of Sanjay

Kumar versus Himachal Road Transport

Corporation and others.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office communication dated 15.10.2025 and on that basis submits that all retiral benefits due and admissible to the petitioner alongwith interest component have been released in his favour. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute payment of amount to the petitioner under the aforesaid office letter. however, takes an objection that complete interest @9% per annum on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits in terms of judgment has not been paid to the petitioner. Another issue highlighted is that of non- payment of interest on complete arrears of pension that was admissible to the petitioner f in terms of the judgment. Learned counsel for the respondents states that respondents shall once again carry out computation of amount of retiral benefits and interest component due and admissible to the petitioner under the judgment in question and in case any short fall is found, the same shall also be made good and payment of the remaining amount if found payable to the petitioner shall be released in his favour within six weeks from today.

In view of the above assurance given by the Hlearned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition stands disposed of with directions to the respondents to adhere to the assurance given by the learned counsel by computing the payable amount to the petitioner in terms of judgment and make good the short fall in payment if any, within six weeks i.e. by or before 27.01.2026. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for his surviving grievances, if any.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
