The present petition has been filed for quashing of

506 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Amb, District Una, H.P. and consequent proceedings arising out of the said F.I.R based

on compromise effected between the parties.

2. It has been asserted that the parties have mutually divorced each other. The alimony of ₹15,00,000/- was granted to the wife and she agreed to withdraw all the petitions filed by her. Hence, the present petition.
