h The present appeal is directed against the judgment
gof conviction and order of sentence dated 17.01.2013 passed by
learned Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, H.P. (learned Trial Court), vide which the appellant (accused before the learned Trial Court) was convicted of the commission of offences punishable under Sections 326 and 452 of the Indian Penal
Code (IPC) and was sentenced as under: -
