The present revision is directed against the

judgment dated 01.07.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kullu, District at Kullu, H.P. (learned Appellate Court) vide which judgment of conviction dated

H 07.12.2012 and order of sentence dated 18.12.2012, passed by
