The instant appeal has been preferred by the

appellant, who was the petitioner (claimant) before the learned Court below (hereinafter referred to as “the petitioner/claimant”) under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short “the Act”), against award dated 26.12.2012, passed by learned District Judge, Kinnaur Civil Division at Rampur Bushahr, H.P.
