By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia

prayed for the following reliefs:-

“(ⅰ). That writ of certiorari may kindly be issued. quashing and setting aside the impugned Letter dated 15.07.2024 (Annexure P-17) alongwith inspection note dated 25.04.2024, letter dated 22.07.2024 alongwith inspection report dated 13.07.2024
