Applicant-Sumit Kumar has filed the present

application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’),

for releasing him, on bail, during the pendency of the trial, arising out of FIR No. 185/2025, dated 16.08.2025, under Sections 109, 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the BNS), registered with Police Station Paonta Sahib, District Shimla, H.P.
