R omesh Verma, Judge The present Regular Second Appeal arises out of the judgment as passed by the learned Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. in Civil App eal No. 102 of 2009, dated 16.03.2011, whereby theo appeal filed by the appellant/defendant was dismissed and the judgment and decree as passed by the learned Civilr Judge (Senior Division), Court No.2, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. dated 31.707.2009 was affirmed.
