Rakesh Kainthla, Vacation Judge The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking regular bail in FIR No. 249 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024, registered at Police Station, Sadar Solan, District Solan, H.P., for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).
