No. 234 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024, registered at Police Station, Balh, District Mandi, H.P., for the commission of an offence punishable under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act( NDPS Act).

2. It has been asserted that as per the prosecution the police were on patrolling duty on 21.11.2024. They received secret information at Bagla Gaggal Link Road at 3.45 PM that the
