Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

(i) “That writ in the nature of certiorari may very kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent and Annexure P-9, P-10 and P-11 may very kindly be quashed and set aside.

(ii) That writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent and the respondent University may very kindly be directed to pay the pay scale of Rs.5910-Rs.20200+Rs.1900 as grade pay to the petitioner from 11.10.2023 in view of Annexure P-4 and further the respondent may very kindly be directed to revise the pay scale and salary of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2016.”
