By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has inter alia Hprayed for the following reliefs:-

“i) That a writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued to quash the impugned orders dated 28.05.2019 and 18.07.2019 passed by respondent No.4 with a direction to the respondents to grant the family pension to the petitioner w.e.f.25.09.2019 alongwith arrears and interest @ 9% per annum on the family pension till actual realization of the amount and justice be done.”
