The present petition arises out of the order as passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P. dated 16.6.2025, whereby the objections filed by the present petitioner to the execution petition under Order 21 Rule 11 and 34 read with Section 151 of CPC for implementing the award passed in Lok Adalat in Case No. 1243/4 of 2018, dated 26.4.2019 has been dismissed.
