By way of instant petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short “BNSS”), prayer has been made iby the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 234 of 2018, dated 25.8.2018, registered with Police Station (West) Boileauganj, Shimla-6, Himachal Pradesh under Sections 341, 143, 188,147, 148, 149, 353 & 332 of the IPC along with consequential proceedings pending in the competent court of law.
