at a station of her choice. She further submits that she is also

seeking adjustment on account of her family circums.tances.

She submits that the aged mother of the petitioner, who is

suffering from osteoporosis, is staying witHh her. She states that

though she has a brother, but, as he is suffering from

neurological issues, therefore, the upkeep of the mother is by

the petitioner only.

3. This Court is of the considered view that in light of

the fact that the puetitioner is to superannuate within two years,

it would beo in the interest of justice in case she files an

appropCriate representation to the Authority for her adjustment at

some suitable place. In the case of any such representation

being filed within two weeks from today, Authority to pass

appropriate order thereupon and endeavor be made to adjust

H the petitioner at a station of her choice, if possible, as learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that the stations, which

otherwise are mentioned in the petition and which shall mention

in the representation are vacant. Representation be decided

within two weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof.
