04/ 06.01.2023. Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 27.07.2022 has moved

this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Telco Sitaramdera P.S.

Case No.141 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)

of the Indian Penal Code.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned APP for

the State is present.

As per the case of the prosecution, the victim girl aged about 16 years

was enticed away by this petitioner and was kidnapped while on her way to

school.

The main plea of the petitioner is that it was an adolescent love affair

and no inducement was made by this petitioner and the victim had left her

home on her own accord.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel and the fact as

discussed above, the bail application is a
