Heard both the sides.

The petitioner- Chandra Kishore Malto Bharti is in custody since

24.10.2022 in connection with Lalmatiya P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022 for the

offence registered under Section 429 of the I.P.C. and Section 12 of Jharkhand

Bovine Animal Slaughter Act, 2005, pending in the Court of learned Judicial

Magistrate, 1^st Class, Godda.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation

against this petitioner is that 20 k.g. of cow meat was seized from him. It is

further submitted that it was not a cow meat rather it was goat meat.

Learned Spl.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five

Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Court below.
