Petitioner, in this writ petition, is challenging the order of dismissal

dated 22.12.2003, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed after conclusion

of Departmental Proceeding No.1 of 2003.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the husband of the

petitioner went missing in 2014 for which a writ petition was filed, claiming

compassionate appointment, but, since petitioner’s husband stood dismissed

vide order dated 22.12.2003, the case for compassionate appointment was not
