Heard the Parties.

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T.

No. 146/2021, arising out of Tonto P.S. Case No. 43/2020, corresponding to

G. R. Case No. 224/2021, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal

Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV,

Chaibasa.

Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this

court vide B.A. No. 692/2022 with a direction to the learned trial court to

expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within one year from the

date of framing of the charge

Report regarding the stage of the case and the time required

for its conclusion earlier called for has been received, perused the same. It

appears that out of 7 charge-sheet witnesses only three witnesses
